Package of 10 additional ear piercing backs for emergencies. We do not recommend giving customers additional backs after 6 weeks being pierced.

As per the aftercare instructions, ear piercing studs should be removed permanently after 6-8 weeks. This is because our ear piercing studs are designed to facilitate healing.  The are designed with a thicker post so you when the customer removes the ear piercing stud they can now insert and remove standard size posts without damaging the healing tissue.  The hole will continue to heal and contact for about a year and the hole will stabilize to the standard size. Also, ear piercing backs ONLY fit properly once.  Once removed, the post is worn down and the fit gets looser and looser resulting the backs falling off.
