How much does shipping cost?

All order are shipped via UPS and pricing will vary based on the order amount.

UPS Ground: $7 - $11

UPS Second Day Air: $30 - $75

UPS Next Day Air: $65 - $125

When should I expect my order?

We typically ship within 48 hours, Monday through Friday from New York. We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays.

What is your return policy?

All ear piercing supplies and earrings are final sale.

Do you have an exchange policy?

We will exchange items of equal value or less within 30 days of purchase.

Items must be unopened to be eligible for an exchange. If exchanging a box of cassettes, it must be an unused, full box of cassettes.
