These medical-grade plastic crystal dangle star drop earrings feature two stones: a sparkling round crystal in a 4mm setting and a dazzling crystal star with a 6mm setting. Medical Plastic is our unique setting with 0% nickel. These nickel free earrings are safe, light-weight and comfortable.
